Usage

Ilevro (Nepafenac) is a prescription ophthalmic suspension used to treat and prevent pain and inflammation of the eye after cataract surgery. Nepafenac belongs to a class of drugs known as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). This medication works by blocking prostaglandins in your body that cause pain and swelling.

Side Effects and Precautions

Signs of an allergic reaction may include difficulty breathing, hives (rash on your body), swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat—If you experience any of these symptoms, please call 911 or seek emergency medical care at the nearest emergency room (ER).
