Tudorza Pressair (Aclidinium Bromide) is an inhalant medication used to prevent bronchospasm in adults with chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or other forms of COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). Tudorza works by relaxing the muscles around the airways to make breathing easier. Tudorza must be used regularly to be effective. Tudorza is not a rescue medication. If you are having a bronchospasm attack, use a quick-relief inhaler. To make sure Tudorza is safe for you, tell your doctor if you have narrow-angle glaucoma, enlarged prostate, or bladder obstruction or other urination problems. Tell your doctor about any other medications you are currently taking in order to reduce the risk of interactions. It is unknown whether Tudorza will harm a baby or pass into breastmilk. Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant, become pregnant, or are breastfeeding, in order to discuss the risks. If you experience any serious side effects or signs of an allergic reaction, seek emergency medical attention.
