Usage

Clobex can be used alone or with other medications. The active ingredient in Clobex is Clobetasol propionate. Clobetasol propionate belongs to a class of drugs called topical corticosteroids. It works by reducing swelling, itching, and pain caused by irritation or an allergic reaction. Clobex comes in form of a shampoo and should only be used on the scalp.

Side Effects and Precautions

The common side effects of Clobex are burning, itching, rash, temporary hair loss, spider veins, and redness around hair follicles.
