How Fenofibrate Works
Fenofibrate is a medication primarily used to treat individuals with abnormal cholesterol levels; it is also the active medicinal ingredient found in Tricor. Fenofibrate works by lowering LDL cholesterol which is known as “bad cholesterol” and triglycerides which are known to cause health problems if not under control.
