I just put in my first refill order with JanDrugs, and I have to say I've been very pleased with their service. The first order went through promptly and smoothly with good email communication along the way. My particular medication came in sealed manufacturer's packaging so I had no worries about the quality -- in fact, I loved the format a lot more than the US fill-the-bottle style (it came in 2 week packets, made it easy to keep spares in my purse, desk etc). I got a reminder email the other day warning me that it was time to order a refill. When I went to place my refill it auto-notified me that there was now a generic version available and gave me a price comparison. I was nervous when I decided to order meds from a Canadian pharmacy (new, crappy health insurance) and did a lot of research and I'm very happy with my choice of JanDrugs.

Excellent experience. I faxed my order (new prescription, first time customer) on March 28, and had the drugs in hand on April 6. The pharmacist called me within a day of placing my order to find out if I had any questions, etc. The prices are great, and I'll definitely continue to order from them. Excellent pharmacy!

I received high quality meds with good expiration dates from this pharmacy in a short period. I was able to save over $70 on the drugs that I needed. I would recommend them.

At least for my order, their delivery schedule is not what was claimed. I placed an order on the 8/13. Their charge to my credit card cleared on the 8/20. On 8/28 I received a notice that it was shipped from Fiji that day (8/28) - 15 days after the order was first placed. I'm now looking at another 7 to 10 days. In total, this may take as long as 25 days.
