Comments: The website is impossible to navigate. I was looking for generic heartworm tablets for my dog and while other Canadian pharmacies offer them, JanDrug does not. The "live chat assistance" wasn't operable either. I called the company and was told that their pet meds were not listed by category. A product name must be entered to search their site. Too time consuming.

Comments: they said it would take 10 to 14 days for delivery, 10days right on schedule. friendly service, saved me hundreds of hundreds of dollars. will definetly use them again.

Comments: I was one of the many Armour Thyroid users in the US affected by the recent shortages.. I ordered on line and was able to receive my product in less than 2 weeks. So, not only do I have my much needed meds, but my costs were reduced significantly. I was called after placing the order to make sure I did not have any questions that needed answering... more than I can say for my local pharmacies. Thank you for the the excellent service.
