Ordered on 12/21/09. It's now Feb 2, 2010 and there is no sign of my order. My card was charged over $800.00. They have given me no explaination nor recourse.

After researching a number of pharmacies, I found the A+ rated Jan Drugs. The process of ordering and receiving my medications was safe, quick and easy. Everyone I've either spoken with or had contact with was polite, caring and professional. Thank you, thank you for the wonderful services you provide. Within the space of two weeks, I had received the first 3 prescriptions I had ordered. I've already figured that with these 3 RX's alone, because I can buy the generic equivalents from Canada, I will save nearly $4000.00 this year over the prices that American Pharmacies charge due to the fact that even though there are generics available, the US will not sell them. I ordered a certain medication which was presented on line as being manufactured by SANDOSZ. The Jandrug Pharmacy took the money, shipped the medicine produced by ratiopharm. They sell one thing and ship something else...

SUPERB service. I placed my online order on 1/04 and got an immediate email suggesting I call my doctor to expect a fax or call from them to verify my prescription. I called immediately and was informed that Jan Drugs already contacted them. My order was filled next day and shipped on the 6th. Emails sent to me every step of the way along with a phone call to tell me the order was filled and shipped. I was expecting a long wait but today, less than 1 week after mailing I got my order.

As a new customer, I was extremely pleased with the responsiveness of JanDrugs, and impressed with the knowledge of everyone I talked to there. They are very fast to reply to questions and concerns. And their prices are great too!
