Hello folks... As one customer has posted, Pharmstore has been taking a longer fill date after submitting your refill. I have also experienced this. They used to fill within a day or two... on my last refill, it took 4 days after placing the refill to go on ready to ship status. The ready to ship status days has also increased in days. One of the biggest changes is their method of payment options... they no longer offer the echeck that give the customer a 5 percent discount. Now, if you want your 5 percent discount, you must send a check or money order. This takes 3 U.S.A “for ever” stamps, but the big thing is, it takes weeks in the US/Canada mail system. They, “Pharmstore” claim that if you want the 5 peecent discount by mailing a check/money order... this will not hold up your order from shipping is BS... my last refill after sending a check, took 13 days to go from filling the order to shipping! I'm changing Canadian pharmacys

taken much longer for prescription to be processed. My prescription was faxed in on Wednesday morning and Pharmstore did not process the prescription until Sunday. It never has taken this long before. If this continues I will take my business elsewere.

This is a very professional organization. Everything from enrollment to delivery was simple, well-coached, price competitive and competent. My medications are currently not reimbursed by US medicare, and as a result are extraordinarily priced. They are also temperature sensitive. Delivery was direct from the source country in a timely fashion. All meds received appear to be in good condition, i.e., not obviously temperature shocked. I couldn't be more pleased. My apprehensions are gone. I anticipate a long satisfying relationship. For other readers, let me add that PharmStore deserves its high ratings. As I scanned the ratings for competitors, I noted that many titles had managing personnel with the same names, i.e., many listed by Pharmacy Checker under different names appear to be either branches or alternate front ends for the same organization. The ratings for none of these were high.

This was my first try with a Canadian Pharmacy. Pharmstore checked all the right boxes with Pharmacy Checker, CIBA and Better Business Bureau so I thought I would try them with my Advair prescription. The online order process, including uploading a prescription, was flawless. I liked the email feedback on steps of the order-received, shipped, etc. I made one phone call to get a feel for their phone response - phone answered promptly, with a real person, who was helpful with my questions. Pricing was great. Less than $100 vs over $400 from my Medicare Part D provider. Best of all - they promised 2 - week delivery but I received my order 11 days after I placed the order. A satisfied customer!

Good service, and they take AMEX (unlike many of the other Canadian pharmacies). Just my gut feeling, but it seems a bit "sleazier" than the others, but that could just be their website, or that their email correspondence has spelling and grammar errors. But as long as I get my meds on-time and at a good price, then I suppose it's okay... :)
