I have been using PharmStore for my RX's during last 3 years and have never once had a problem with receiving my RX longer than they informed me it would take. I spent hours researching a Canadian Pharmacy online that would meet my standards plus have reasonable prices. PharmStore stood out. The Customer Service Reps are knowledgeable and so very friendly both on the phone or on the Chat Line.

Hello, I thought they had potential with a chat facility which i thought may be usefull but there is no use if the service on the other end was poor. They offer a price beat policy, and as they had this feature and im overseas i asked to price beat and if not match and id be happy which i though was reasonable 5x repeats. So a decent order and i was international, and they only needed to post from Singapore to Australia easy! I found a price and it was within their guideline cipa Pharamacy and one which shipped international as well. There site states that shipping needs to be in the quote, so i put the shipping in and found a better deal, they refused to match it and said because i was international they needed to put 19.95 on top for shipping for a extremly small box or envelope. I wasted time on this chat and could of ordered through several other sites by then, for the sake of 10$ or so they wasted my time and wouldn't even match the price. Uncompetative, unorganised, bad communication which is important when overseas and unprofessional, i certainly wouldn't want them organising important medications for my health when they cant even get the basics. Very rude and obviously only want bulk orders so if your a smaller customer try one of the others is my suggestion, best of luck in these hard financial times, we all deserve to get the best price we can thats why we go online to Canadian Pharamacys!

I ordered Januvia and it was delivered in less than three weeks from Turkey. Very accurate and would strongly recommend. The price was much less than other suppliers, and it was perfectly filled.

I have ordering from Pharmstore for four years and am very pleased. Sure it's not as convient as your local pharmacy' but when I pay $16 and change for a prescription that cost $80 it's worth the wait. I have received orders as quickly as a week or ten days from the date of shipment though they usually take two or three weeks. The only time it took more than their four week limit was during the Chrismas holidays; something they warn you about. The drug I use is a brand name and this has been no problem. It is an international firm so the drugs, for my two prescriptions, unlike those from my local pharmacy, are manufactured outside of the US, but again I emphasize they are the same brand. I did have problems getting my prescriptions filled several times because the prescriptions were not filled out correctly (actually mute testimony to their professionalism), so it is best to check your order on their website. In resolving these issues I have found the online chat service the most efficient way to proceed; the telephone people are trained to take orders and though courteous are not very helpful in identifying the problem.

Hello folks... As one customer has posted, Pharmstore has been taking a longer fill date after submitting your refill. I have also experienced this. They used to fill within a day or two... on my last refill, it took 4 days after placing the refill to go on ready to ship status. The ready to ship status days has also increased in days. One of the biggest changes is their method of payment options... they no longer offer the echeck that give the customer a 5 percent discount. Now, if you want your 5 percent discount, you must send a check or money order. This takes 3 U.S.A “for ever” stamps, but the big thing is, it takes weeks in the US/Canada mail system. They, “Pharmstore” claim that if you want the 5 peecent discount by mailing a check/money order... this will not hold up your order from shipping is BS... my last refill after sending a check, took 13 days to go from filling the order to shipping! I'm changing Canadian pharmacys
