Ordered 6 weeks ago; item shipped 4 weeks ago; not delivered yet. When I asked for a tracking number, I was told that what I needed to do was to go to my local post office and ask them if any packages have been sent to me or 'to my area.' The stupidity of this comment is beyond comical no matter the size of the local post office. I live in NYC so the hilarity here is exponential. What kind of a company would employ someone that dumb? They are slow to fill orders and are using regular post so they can't provide tracking numbers. Not appropriate.

Only received half my order. I was charged over $160 for a prescription I never received. Waited on hold for 45 minutes to be told that it's only been 6 weeks, wait another week and call back. I can't get thru on the phone, usually on hold for 30 ,minutes or more before I give up. If I knew of an 'Attorney General' type office in British Columbia, I would report them for credit card fraud.

We have used another CIPA pharmacy with great success. We tried onlinepharmacies Canada and are disappointed for the following reasons. They cannot be effectively be reached by phone. You are put on hold then asked to leave a message and your call will be returned shortly and in order received. Not so, it took more than 36 hours to get a call back,. One can't order on line as the info is rejected until an account is set up, and that takes a phone call. Once the account is set up you must e-mail or fax the RX and than call back 30 minuets after sending. Good luck getting the phone. Repeated calling over another 30 ours id result in a contact but they still had not matched the account and RX . Once the match was made, we gave payment information and asked for an e-mail confirmation when the order was to be shipped. Informed they do not send confirmation.. Received a call from them the next day again for payment info. They had not entered it in records first time. Brand drug was requested but it turns out that the manufacturer is not same as listed on medication web page. Based upon experience with other online pharmacy, do not know if I will used this one again. It took four days to place this order, and that is unacceptable. We'll have to wait and see how the RX is filled, and in what time frame.

Don;t waste your money on these people. They don't answer the phone--ever. I have not been able to get through to them. despite hours of calling and waiting. S ince they don't answer the phones, I tried emailing a complaint, which they promise in writing to respond to in 24 hours. I'e been waiting three days. I sent my prescription to the office address on their form. It came back as undeliverable. Yet they charged my credit card., Dsoesn't BC have any invesigators who monitor these types of activities and protect the public?

The worst online pharmacy I have been tried in my life time. They keep lying to the people. Try to cal them for 3 hours. No one did not pick up the phone. They send the medication with wrong name on it and it returned after 2 month. They refuse to give me the tracking number for first time and they send the medication for the second time but still I have not received the medicine yet. someone has to go and sue this company.
