I have used Onlinepharmaciescanada for several years and I have been totally satisfied both with their drugs and their service. I have called several times and have always gotten a real live person on the other end. My experience differs from the negative reviews you see on this site.

Ordered in May, waited 3 weeks. Called. Said they don't accept bank cards, need to give routing number and account number. I did. Waited two weeks. Called. Told I need to FAX a check for the $63.58. Waited one week. Called. Need to mail check. I told them to cancel my order, I can get my prescription now in my neighborhood ( after some quick research) cheaper then they can do. First week in July, my prescription arrives from Singapore. OK, now I have two prescriptions. In late July, I get a phone call wanting payment for prescription. After giving three ways of getting my money, they still have failed. I call my credit union to set up the transaction. I call OPC and give them my card number as they now can take bank cards. I am told I used the wrong country, as they now use a bank in Panama. OPC used to be the best and the cheapest. Now they are the worst and the stupidest. DO NOT USE!

Used to be good. Now just a huge hassle! Completely disorganized!

Ordered 6 weeks ago; item shipped 4 weeks ago; not delivered yet. When I asked for a tracking number, I was told that what I needed to do was to go to my local post office and ask them if any packages have been sent to me or 'to my area.' The stupidity of this comment is beyond comical no matter the size of the local post office. I live in NYC so the hilarity here is exponential. What kind of a company would employ someone that dumb? They are slow to fill orders and are using regular post so they can't provide tracking numbers. Not appropriate.

Only received half my order. I was charged over $160 for a prescription I never received. Waited on hold for 45 minutes to be told that it's only been 6 weeks, wait another week and call back. I can't get thru on the phone, usually on hold for 30 ,minutes or more before I give up. If I knew of an 'Attorney General' type office in British Columbia, I would report them for credit card fraud.
