I ordered a number of drugs in August 2014 and was very satisfied! Today October 30, 2014 I attempted to refill existing prescriptions and add new ones to my account. 1 – first the website rejected and circled me back on several occasions to the starting point 2 – I attempted to add a family member to my account and was told rudely by the operator "you must have a brand-new account for each patient" 3-since they are all built with my same credit card, I thought this was? Unusual- 4-when I (finally) got to the payment on the new drugs I wished, I was told that Visa credit cards were no longer accepted!! 5-the operator (same one) was not helpful did not explain why, and stated that "you may send a personal check – which may take 5 to 10 business days to clear"! Everything good efficient and clear about this website has changed! ?? Is Visa such a bad card for these folks?? I use my visa 50 – 60 times a month with no problem… Troubled

After checking they were CIPA certified and also approved by Pharmacychecker, I have order my Rx med. twice (3 refills each). Things to think about: Lead time is required, because shipments come from overseas (I received one via Switzerland, so multiple customs are involved). It is advisable to mail/fax the initial Rx and do future refills (on line) at least 1 month before running out of one's current med. supply. It is sort of a price paid for the monetary savings which would have not been realized if ordering from a U. S. Pharmacy, and I am being fair!

I put my order in and FAXed my prescription. I called to see if they received it and was told it would take about an hour. I called the next morning and was told they were busy and had not got to it. I called the 3rd day and was told the FAX number that was on their prescription request was not a good number. I asked to talk to the Manager and she came back and said he would call within 30 minutes. I still have never heard from him. This is not the company you want to do business with and should be taken off the Pharmacy Checker List !!!!

I placed my order on January 31. I just recieved the meds today. That's over 6 weeks of waiting for something that''s supposed to take 15-18 business days. I got a call at the end of February saying the order had been returned to the phamracy by customs. I sent numerous e-mails asking about the status of the order and when I could expect it to be delivered. NEVER got any response from them. I won't be ordering from this pharmacy ever again.

Ordered medication on 2/1/14 via internet and scanning RX. Never recieved a confirmation email. Called them next working day and they stated they recieved it. They put through medication order on 2/4/14, (still no email confirming this). Supposed to be 16-18 days guaranteed. Called them on 2/26/14, stated that meds were back ordered and had been re-ordered, but I had no knowledge of this. Stated they would guarantee them to me week of 3/17. Stated DHL was sending them out of singapore. Started calling DHL on 3/3 for confirmation. Took 2 days to get right info. Stated once hits US that it is USPS property. Canada Pharmacy on 3/6 stated that they guarantee delivery week of 3/17. USPS contacted today, just now received medication in New Jersey and this is first time they had it in their system. I am trying to get refund for medication as they will not meet deadline, but would have to send meds back using my own money to send them if I get them. This has been a huge hassle and once the pharmacy sends the order they take no responsibility for it. They send out no confirmation email or calls or anything. Will definitely not ever use them again.
