Comments: I give Aapex Pharmacy 5 stars plus! The phone interactions are so helpful. The prescription is accepted by fax and processed within 2 days. Delivery comes within 2-4 days of getting the RX to the pharmacy. The employees are so polite and competent.
I won't be using any other pharmacy again if I don't have to.

Comments: I was priced out of my health insurance coverage six months ago, a real disaster because I deal with several serious chronic conditions, as well as a case of osteomyelitis that is not responding to antibiotics. In other words, I am uninsurable. My hope lies with the recent health care reform legislation, but even the new high risk pools will take time to set up. In the interim, I still have a long list of medications that I need in order to maintain at least my status quo. I took advantage of the $4 deals available through the well-known chains but that did not begin to cover my needs. I was very skeptical about online pharmacies, having heard nothing but horror stories about overseas operations that may send substandard versions of drugs or that operate with questionable medical and business ethics. I stumbled on this website and, to be honest, still had qualms about most of the pharmacies. Then I clicked on AAPEX -- it's based in Texas, is certified and "governed" by a state-run agency, and seemed to put a premium on customer service. I saw my internist, he faxed several Rx to them, and within a week I received my medications by mail, at home. I was surprised to find that I recognized each pill/tablet -- they were the same products I had been receiving locally, but at less than half the price. The convenience of being able to obtain a several month supply was also nice (particularly since that brought the price down even more). I just placed my first refill order, and despite my bungling the online form, the pharmacist straightened it all out with a prompt phone call. I am a tough consumer to please, and like everyone right now, am feeling the financial strain -- but I cannot think of *any* negatives in my dealings with AAPEX thus far. I whole-heartedly recommend them to you.

Comments: I initially used Aapex during a period of being uninsured (a nightmare when you have expensive medicines!!) and DESPITE being able to go to a local (impersonal, huge corporation) pharmacy to do my shopping now, for everything but 1 controlled "must get in state" medicine and Humira (refrigeration req’d), I can't imagine NOT sticking with Aapex. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The 2 day delivery has saved me more than once when I've been refilling my little improvised 28 day containers and say "oh crud" because I really was on the last few pills. They are upfront in saying they can't get you brand-only medicines for significantly less, but as soon as it's generic, they'll work for minimal profit to help as many people as they can. The owner and head pharmacist alike have been simply AWESOME. This is my third year using them (here and there for some meds, on a schedule-with them reminding me if I want-for others, depending on insurance, which has flopped around since I changed states, got granted disability, and all sorts of other stressful mess). With Aapex, I know I can, even with my horrid disability income, get my life-sustaining and life improving drugs. The peace of mind makes them A+... and anyone who claims cheaper prices is either finding a scam that doesn’t reflect the real price, is a competitor, or hasn't even called Aapex. They've consistently been half the cost of other places that take FOREVER to deliver anything, but given how much they've worked with me in my tight budget to make sure I can get as many medicines as it's possible to get on $700 a month (total) income... well, if I can live.12 rxs later, on that w/Aapex, anyone should be able to manage normal medication needs and not fret about getting lost in 100+ degree India, which I always worried about with others, including Canada "based" ones that still ship from overseas, where only the phone service is actually in North America!

Comments: I have been very impressed with the reliability and service of AAPEX pharmacy based in Houston, TX. I use it for my own medications and recommend it highly to my patients. I am a practicing physician in California. I am glad to see the other positive reviews here and want to add my own recommendation.
