Comments: Had used Jan Drugs before and was very happy with their service until my recent order placed in April 2013. I Still have not received my medication even though it has been a month since my order was placed. Have called the pharmacy several times and they are not concerned or try to help. Their customers are definitely not important to them otherwise they would've tried to resend another shipment immediately until we find out what happened to the first order. Horrible customer service and will not order from them again.

Comments: Jan Drugs use to be GREAT! Since the fall of 2012 the customer service is started to change (use to be STELLAR!) and they are cutting a large amount of Rx's that they carry. Very sad - but wont be using them anymore.

Comments: My order was confirmed on Sept.1st. I recieved my order on Sept. 10th. That is great
service. Also, the customer service was excellent. Polite and helpful on the phone &
e-mails to keep me informed about my order.

Comments: Company has gone rapidly downhill since Lori Janeson and her husband sold the business and now Prairie RX is doing the fulfillment. Instead of shipping the correct generic by Teva, they substituted another generic brand of the same medication despit my express orders
Their records indicated Teva had been sent when it wasn't. Two weeks after ordering another refill, got a call informing me that the drug was unavailable in 250mg size! Wound up buying the Brand name at a significant increase in cost and to their credit they express shipped it from the UK. Have been unable to find any extensive information on Prarie RX and it might be something for Pharmacy Checker to look into.
