The generic medicine I purchased arrived more quickly than expected - foreign sourced. Although I did have a problem with my order, PrescriptionPoint went out of their way to make it right. I have been very pleased with their customer service and will definitely purchase from them in the future. Their prices were much better (at least for my meds) than other online sources. This was my first experience ordering online with PrescriptionPoint.

i went to collect my usbands perscription at boots in boscombe bournemouth and they were very helpfull and even set me up for a repeat perscription every time my husband needs one all i have to do o on or near the date we require it and it will be ready for me no waiting and the gentleman that served me was very helpfull and would recomend the service to other people that dont know about it his name was andy i ask him so i could let you know how helpfull he was thank you for such a good servis

I placed my prescription order 12-17-08, customer service called me and said 1 was ok and the other 1 needed a note/prescription from a doctor (as I was doing it as a refill), So, finally on Dec 23rd I faxed them the actual prescription, then on Dec 24th I called to follow up to make sure my prescriptions ere in order, the lady said yes we have them and if any problems would call me. never received a follow up call so assumed everything was ok, on Jan. 8th i called to check on things ans was told i prescription would be shipping tomorrow from Canada and the other one from india, and I asked how long she said 2 - 4 weeks, I said cannot wait and on Dec 24th everything was ok, now had to wait an additional 2 - 4 weeks after already waiting over 2 weeks, i was forced to cancel my order as could not wait and in my conversation on Jan 8th the lady said the pharmacist still had to check things, I should have been told this on late in Dec. not now. Very frustrated with this companies service. I'd be careful.

I USE ALLIANCE PHARMACY ON THE GROMSPORT ROAD BALLYHOLME STORE REFERENCE 5118729202. I DO A LOT OF SHOPPING THERE HAVING 3 KIDS I AM THERE MOST DAYS LOVE THE OFFERS THE STAFF IS VERY FIRENDLY AND HELPFUL.
