I've used them several times, very satisfied, quality medication. Everything is pretty much done by phone though, impossible to talk to them online or order online.

Recently I shopped PharmaPassport for pricing on my RX. Great price! On the other hand, I have never seen an online mail order pharmacy require the use of telephone dialogue for ordering prescriptions and just about everything else ... including asking for a receipt for the purchase. Virtually nothing, including viewing orders and billing information, can be done online. They claim that it is for security reasons and to ensure that the customer, even for refills, is getting the right medications. However, if the customer has an RX for the medications, how could the customer receive another drug or different dosage if the pharmacy adheres to the RX? Its a mystery. Every other Canadian and U.S. pharmacy that I know of transacts customer-friendly business. PharmaPassport ensures that customers expend lots of time purchasing RXs from it including helping their staff to spell the medications. The money they spend with all of those customer intake staff would be better utilized to build an interactive website and save customers' time.

I have been waiting 6 weeks since I ordered meds from PharmaPassport. After several e-mails and phone calls they finally informed me the Shipment was lost in the Mail. Now they say they are going to re-ship this to me with a different tracking # and I still won't receive this order for another additional 6 weeks. And my credit card will then be charged again. What? Will Not use them again, obviously!

I called the number provided on the website to order my medicine. The person I talked to was very helpful and extremely curteous. I received my medicine within two weeks. I had been hesitant about ordering my medicine through a pharmacy outside the US, but I am happy that I used PharmaPassport and will certainly use it again.
