I've had a fantastic experience with Canadadrugs online, whilst originally my package was late and the person on the other end of the emails was not very nice or cooperative, when called, they performed in a most professional manner. Giving me the information required regarding the package in less than a day as well as apologising for the delay. It should be recommended that the email service be avoided however on the whole, the customer service was brilliant.

I tried to contact CDO twice by email regarding an update for my order status. They ignored both messages so I called them. They informed me that all of the orders for this particular drug had been lost and that they just happened to be calling everyone affected that same day. I seriously doubt that this is true. They had no idea when the replacement shipment would arrive. I asked them to expedite shipping, as I need the prescription soon, and they said that the holdup was Customs, not shipping. I don't believe that either. Because of their error, I will have to pay six times as much to buy the Rx here in the U.S so that my family is covered during the delay. I asked if they were compensating customers for their error and our inconvenience and costs, and they said they would pay for shipping on the next order. That would be $US10, This is 1) a drop in the bucket, 2) will not be used because I won't be patronizing CDO for the next order, and 3) insultingly meager. Neither of the individuals I spoke with seemed the slightest bit concerned and were not sincerely apologetic. Delaying medication is a crucial error on the part of any pharmacy, a close second only to the wrong drug or dosage. This company should be sued for fraud.

I have used Canada Drugs Online to get medicine for my dog that isn't available in the USA. I've purchased from them several times and was satisfied. This time the drug they sent me had a very short expiration date (3 months). They would not replace or refund me for the drug as they said it would be used in that time. Unfortunately the directions on the prescription did not indicate that it was used "prn" and not every day--so much of what they sent me will expire before it is used. The reason for the bad rating though is because of the very poor customer service when I called to try to get this resolved. I will try a different pharmacy next time.

I have used Canada Drugs Online for 10 years. Their prices are competitive, they require a prescription prior to filling, the date they give me to expect arrival of the order is always accurate, they have never shipped anything incorrectly, they always call to reconfirm my internet order prior to it's completion. I have recommended this company to many of my friends who are also very satisfied. I researched alot of Canadian pharmacies before deciding on CDO. They were also mentioned in an AARP Magazine article which is another reason I decided to look into using CDO.
