I have ordered from CanadaDrugsOnline for years. The prescriptions I receive are identical to what I order here, I receive them in a reasonable shipping time, the customer service is good. I have never had them ship a generic - makes me wonder if that one person actually ordered incorrectly. The prices on certain prescriptions are substantially lower. I strongly rate them a 5 star.

CDO is a very reputable online Pharmacy. I never send them my RX's. Instead I fax copies to them. My Dr is great about allowing me to work with this pharmacy as it saves me significant money. I pay via a credit card which they keep on file. I have recommended them to others who have been satisfies also.

I have used Canada Drugs Online for several years without a problem. Recently, I placed an an order online only to find out later that they don't accept credit cards! Since I don't feel comfortable with the new payment method nor have the patience to wait until my check arrives to Canada, I will not be ordering form this company anymore. Such a shame.

I've had a fantastic experience with Canadadrugs online, whilst originally my package was late and the person on the other end of the emails was not very nice or cooperative, when called, they performed in a most professional manner. Giving me the information required regarding the package in less than a day as well as apologising for the delay. It should be recommended that the email service be avoided however on the whole, the customer service was brilliant.

I tried to contact CDO twice by email regarding an update for my order status. They ignored both messages so I called them. They informed me that all of the orders for this particular drug had been lost and that they just happened to be calling everyone affected that same day. I seriously doubt that this is true. They had no idea when the replacement shipment would arrive. I asked them to expedite shipping, as I need the prescription soon, and they said that the holdup was Customs, not shipping. I don't believe that either. Because of their error, I will have to pay six times as much to buy the Rx here in the U.S so that my family is covered during the delay. I asked if they were compensating customers for their error and our inconvenience and costs, and they said they would pay for shipping on the next order. That would be $US10, This is 1) a drop in the bucket, 2) will not be used because I won't be patronizing CDO for the next order, and 3) insultingly meager. Neither of the individuals I spoke with seemed the slightest bit concerned and were not sincerely apologetic. Delaying medication is a crucial error on the part of any pharmacy, a close second only to the wrong drug or dosage. This company should be sued for fraud.
