I have used Canada Drugs Online for 10 years. Their prices are competitive, they require a prescription prior to filling, the date they give me to expect arrival of the order is always accurate, they have never shipped anything incorrectly, they always call to reconfirm my internet order prior to it's completion. I have recommended this company to many of my friends who are also very satisfied. I researched alot of Canadian pharmacies before deciding on CDO. They were also mentioned in an AARP Magazine article which is another reason I decided to look into using CDO.

I specifically ordered Prevacid (brand name) and they sent me the generic, which doesn't work for me. I received dozens of individual foil packs, a real pain to open. They were sent from Germany by registered mail, so I had to take off work to pick up at post office. I won't use them again.

I've used them for a couple of years now, guided here by a friend whose doctor recommended it to him (we're all in Tucson, Arizona). I've only used it for two items, Xalatan, the eyedrop stuff made by Pfizer, on a regular basis, when I buy 6 bottles at a time for a 7-month supply, and once for a generic version of Flexeril, a muscle relaxant. The interface and ordering is a *little* confusing, and has necessitated a couple of phone calls over the years but, in contrast to at least one comment I read criticizing the service people, I always found them *extremely* friendly and helpful. It takes a while for their medicines to arrive from India or Turkey, via London or Germany, but it always *does* arrive, and the prices are fantastically better than buying them here in the States. I definitely give them 5 starts!

I mailed my prescriptions 2 weeks ago, no response. I called and was met with a very combative attitude. It's my fault. Now they have my prescriptions, I have no medicine. I have to go back to my doctor tomorrow to get replacement prescription.
