They were great for years. Now they're not, and their communication is awful. They don't tell you when your order is shipped, but they tell you it may take weeks to get the Rx. Last time, when I finally called, they looked up the tracking number, which they never email to the customer, to tell me that the post office had returned it as undeliverable 3 weeks earlier. They had no idea where it went and didn't care. I am still waiting for the replacement. I originally ordered it 6 weeks ago and am not holding my breath. When I called, they could only parrot their "policies," and when I suggested that they email customers shipment notifications with tracking numbers, they told me "we don't do that."

Have dealt with this pharmacy in the past but no longer. At first their efficiency was standard, but now they make you jump thru so many bells and whistles for prescription orders. The calls you deal with people that are difficult to understand as english is not their primary language. And the length of time from order placement to workable is unacceptable. And these are not questionable prescription meds (i.e. narcotics or the like). Also, in between orders you are inundated with sales calls. Unacceptable!

Mailed Rx and check in on 12/12/2014 (the day after I ordered online). Over the next 3 weeks the pharmacy called me six times --four times about the slowness of the mail and twice because the pharmacy rep did not like my check number! It should have been obvious to them that I had no control over the mail or check numbering. Ultimately I cancelled the order out of disgust the second time they called me to complain about the check number.

Hello: I would like to credit northwest for their great service. My medicine was delivered 11 days after order--pretty good time. Not to mention I was provided with a tracking number so I could monitor the delivery status. The staff were extremely professional. Frankly, I don't see how one could ask for more..AND I AM NOT BEING PAID TO DO THIS. It's a honest opinion of the company--great job.
