Not only did they send me a tube of Efudex where the creme inside was so hard I broke the tube container to get it out but it didn't do what it was supposed to do.I picked up a tube from CVS and it started working after one use. Customer service is a joke asking me to send a picture of the product and then telling me that the 2 week period to make a complaint had expired by a week. If you want to waste your money and get sub standard product, by all means order from them.

Not only is the price and service the best, but they gave me a discount on the price after the first order. I must wonder about the Canadian BBB poor rating. I know that in the US a total crook can get a fine rating from the BBB as long as they say they replied to a complaint.

Sells your phone number. I get 2-3 calls a day from people they sold to. I wish I can stop it. IF I ever use them again I might use a fake number.

I am somewhat suspicious. I notice two listings on pharmacychecker.com both claiming to be retail pharmacies and not just affiliates, both claiming to own the same retail pharmacy. I have been trying to have my dr. fax my RX. They had faxed it on Sept. 27th, Oct. 2nd, and Oct.7th. I have had calls from Northwest Pharmacy, and I had called my doctor. nothing has been filed to my account. i had to give up. i am so frustrated.
