This pharmacy should be shut down. I have contacted them several times and so has my Doctor by not sending out my blood pressure meds and medication for my glaucoma, to simply put it your health at risk do not use, They are unprofessional and very rude. Avoid at all cost.

It's taking forever to get the prescription straightened out! I thought it was the doctor's office, but it seems to be this pharmacy's problem. I will not use this company again! It is excruciating!

I have been getting a scrip from them for several years now that I cannot afford in the US even though I have insurance. They have always been great.

I thought based on reviews here these folks would be good. Terrible. 2 months now, with my script, and keep giving reasons why they can't fill it. First the script didn't have the right wording. Now they need to call my doctor just to make sure they get "the dosing right" even though it's an easy script and dosage is clearly written. They don't respond to emails, and can't seem to coordinate verbal and written communications.

After 14 years ordering from Northwest we ended that relationship today. The pharmacy fax was down on 9/7/14, called customer service, got another number to use, that was busy. Called on 9/11 (after receiving yet another $5.00 discount offer via e mail from them), their fax was now working. Faxed 2 prescriptions yet was unable to order on line since it stated no refills were available. Today 9/15/14, called them again since it still showed no refills available. Customer service checked and indeed had the faxed prescriptions but I had missed the deadline for the $5.00 off which was 9/12/14. Asked if they would wave the expiration date since I had been trying to order for a week now. Answer...NO, NO apology, NO discount. I asked "are you going to turn away a long time customer for $5.00? Answer yes, my answer...goodbye! Customer service means a great deal to me, shows the quality of a company!
