Very dissatisfied with NW Pharm. Placed order, many delays between NW and my Dr's office while neither kept me in the loop. After 24 days and no order NW informed me the product had been delivered to my address. I asked if signature was requested as in past orders. They could only validate a tracking number. Took it to my PO and they could not identify it. Called NW and they said number had expired. After further checking they discovered it was a Swiss Postal number. They indicated in a few days it would arrive. Still no package I called back and was told tracking number had expired but they were on it. Still no package they sent to Resolution Team. When I spoke to them they said they were working with Swiss Postal to locate. Resolution Team said it would take 4-6 weeks so I could place a new order or they would return my money. Told them I would let them know in 24 hrs. I placed an order with a competitor. Called NW back to request my money. They said can't return money on an order in the system. After going to the supervisor they said they would refund me. Not sure what Pharmacy endorsement does....about as useful as NW Resolution team.

They were great for years. Now they're not, and their communication is awful. They don't tell you when your order is shipped, but they tell you it may take weeks to get the Rx. Last time, when I finally called, they looked up the tracking number, which they never email to the customer, to tell me that the post office had returned it as undeliverable 3 weeks earlier. They had no idea where it went and didn't care. I am still waiting for the replacement. I originally ordered it 6 weeks ago and am not holding my breath. When I called, they could only parrot their "policies," and when I suggested that they email customers shipment notifications with tracking numbers, they told me "we don't do that."

Have dealt with this pharmacy in the past but no longer. At first their efficiency was standard, but now they make you jump thru so many bells and whistles for prescription orders. The calls you deal with people that are difficult to understand as english is not their primary language. And the length of time from order placement to workable is unacceptable. And these are not questionable prescription meds (i.e. narcotics or the like). Also, in between orders you are inundated with sales calls. Unacceptable!

Mailed Rx and check in on 12/12/2014 (the day after I ordered online). Over the next 3 weeks the pharmacy called me six times --four times about the slowness of the mail and twice because the pharmacy rep did not like my check number! It should have been obvious to them that I had no control over the mail or check numbering. Ultimately I cancelled the order out of disgust the second time they called me to complain about the check number.
