Usage

Travatan (Travoprost Ophthalmic) is a drug used to treat high pressure in the eyes, also known as ocular hypertension, and open angle glaucoma. Travoprost is the active ingredient of Travatan. Travoprost is a prostaglandin analog. It works by reducing pressure in the eye by regulating the flow of fluid in the eye in order to maintain a normal eye pressure. Glaucoma affects mainly patients over the age of 40, and is even more common in those over the age 75. Travatan eye drops may be used alone or with other eye medications to lower pressure in the eye in order to treat glaucoma.

• Vision changes
