Pennsaid (Diclofenac Topical 2% solution) is used to treat pain in the knees caused by osteoarthritis. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by reducing substances in the body that cause pain and inflammation. This medication should not be used for more than 3 months.
