Dovonex (Calcipotriene, Calcipotriol) is prescription medication used to treat plaque psoriasis in adults. It contains calcipotriene monohydrate, is a synthetic vitamin D that is formulated for the topical dermatological use. The most common side effects of Dovonex include:
• Dry skin;
• Skin burning, irritation, and stinging;
• Peeling and rash;
