It is unknown whether sitagliptin passes into breast milk or if it could harm a nursing baby. Inform your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby. Do not give Januvia to anyone under 18 years old without medication advice. There may be an interaction between sitagliptin and somatropin. Speak to your doctor if you are taking this medication.
