Warning & Dosage

Directions 

  • The initial dose of 5 milligrams by mouth dissolved twice per day with food. 
  • A maximum daily dose of 7.5 mg orally is taken twice daily. 
  • Take this medication according to your doctor’s instructions, typically twice per day.

  • Corlanor interaction is with digoxin. Digoxin is a medication used to treat heart failure and atrial fibrillation. When taken together, they can increase the risk of serious side effects, such as an irregular heartbeat
  • Avoid grapefruit or grapefruit juice
