Alphagan P is an ocular glaucoma medication used to reduce fluid and pressure in your eyes to treat those with open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension.

Brimonidine is an alpha-2 adrenergic receptor agonist that reduces the production of fluid in your eyes and supports proper fluid drainage from your eyes. These actions allow Alphagan P eyedrops to treat open-angle glaucoma as well as ocular hypertension by reducing pressure in your eyes.
