Dermatix Scar gel contains topical silicone gel that rapidly dries to form an invisible “sheet.”. It flattens, softens and smooths scars, relieves the itching and discomfort of scarring, and reduces the discoloration associated with scars. Dermatix scar gel should be used after the wound has freshly healed, closed, no longer bleeding, stitches have been removed, and the skin surface becomes intact.
