Trintellix Information

BigMountainDrugs.com supplies only genuine Trintellix from Canada shipped in Canadian packaging, Turkey in Turkish packaging, Australia in Australian packaging, and UK in British packaging. The brand Trintellix is manufactured by Lundbeck, the worldwide manufacturer of Trintellix. This offer is neither endorsed nor authorized by Lundbeck A/S (the United States and Canadian distributor of Trintellix). BigMountainDrugs.com has no affiliation whatsoever with Trintellix or Lundbeck A/S.

Trintellix (Vortioxetine) is an antidepressant medication used to treat Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). Trintellix works by increasing levels of serotonin in the brain by blocking serotonin reuptake. It does this by inhibiting the reabsorption of serotonin in the synapses, and by modulating (activating some and blocking others) certain serotonin receptors. This medication may improve your mood, sleep, appetite and energy level so you can live a normal life. To make sure Trintellix is right for you, tell your doctor if you have bipolar disorder, a history of drug abuse or suicidal thoughts, liver disease, narrow-angle glaucoma, seizures or epilepsy, bleeding or blood clotting disorder, or low levels of sodium in your blood. As well, tell your doctor about any medications you are currently taking in order to reduce the risk of interactions. Do not use Trintellix if you have used a MAO inhibitor in the past 14 days. After stopping the use of Trintellix, wait at least 21 days before using a MAO inhibitor.

Common side effects of Trintellix include nausea, constipation, or vomiting. Call your doctor immediately if you experience racing thoughts, decreased need for sleep, unusual risk-taking behaviour, or extreme mood swings, vision changes or issues, easy bruising, unusual bleeding, or coughing up blood, or signs of low sodium levels, which can include confusion, memory problems, hallucinations, slurred speech, severe weakness, or feeling unsteady. Trintellix can cause serotonin syndrome. Seek medical attention right away if you experience signs such as agitation, hallucinations, fever, seating, shivering, fast heart rate, muscle stiffness, twitching, loss of coordination, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. If you notice signs of an allergic reaction, seek emergency medical help.
