What is Premarin(Conjugated Estrogen) Used For? 

Premarin is a female hormone. And is used to help lower the symptoms of menopause such as vaginal dryness and hot flashes. These symptoms are caused by low estrogen levels in the body or women who cannot make enough estrogen in their bodies due to hypogonadism or primary ovarian failure.

Tell your doctor if you are going to be confined to a chair or in bed for extended periods such as plane flights before you have any surgeries. Children can be more sensitive to this medication especially growth and development may be affected. Premarin should not be used by pregnant patients. If you become pregnant while taking this medication or have taken the medication contact your doctor immediately.
