Estring Vaginal Ring Information:
Estring (Generic name: Estradiol Vaginal Ring) is an estrogen replacement therapy (HRT) used to relieve atrophic vaginitis symptoms (e.g., burning, dryness, itching of the vaginal area), urinary symptoms (urinary pain, urinary urgency), and pain during intercourse after the menopause. Estring is a soft, flexible ring contains 2 mg of Estradiol (an estrogen hormone). Estring should be removed after 90 days of continuous use. Estring Vaginal Ring Side Effects:

Estring replacement therapy may increase the risk of breast, uterine, or estrogen dependent cancer. Use Estring as a low dose and as a short time to relieve the symptoms. Report any usual problems to your doctor immediately. Insert a new Estring in the vagina every three months.
