Use: Plaque psoriasis treatment

Vectical is an ointment prescribed to individuals affected by mild to moderate plaque psoriasis; psoriasis is an autoimmune disease that manifests itself on the skin. The immune system mistakes skin cells as pathogens and speeds up the growth cycle of the skin cell which leads to red and white scaly patches on the skin. Calcitriol is the active ingredient and it is a Vitamin D derivative which helps to decrease the rate of skin cell production. Your doctor may have prescribed it for reasons other than those listed therefore it is important to use as directed. If you have severe psoriasis Vectical may not be right for you.

Vectical Side Effects

While using Vectical you may experience adverse reactions on the areas that the product was applied, the most common side effect is mild skin discomfort at the application site. If you experience any of the other side effects listed below seek immediate medical attention.
