Diclegis is not known to cause many side effects, but you may experience some drowsiness or dizziness. If you have any serious side effects or signs of an allergic reaction, seek emergency medical attention.
Do not use Diclegis if you are allergic to doxylamine, pyridoxine, or other antihistamines, or if you have used a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) in the past 14 days.
