Usage

Atarax (Hydroxyzine) is a prescription medication used to relieve itching caused by allergic skin reactions in adults and children. This medication may also be used alone or with other medications to relieve anxiety in adults and children. It may also be used to help you feel sleepy or relaxed before and after surgery. Hydroxyzine is an antihistamine. It works by blocking histamines that your body makes during an allergic reaction.
