Usage

Nordette (Levonorgestrel) is a prescription birth control pill used to prevent pregnancy in women. The active ingredients in Nordette are Levonorgestrel and ethinylestradiol. The combination belongs to the estrogen/progestins (oral contraceptives) drug class. Nordette works differently to prevent pregnancy if used correctly. It inhibits ovulation by stopping the maturation of eggs.
