Usage

Cipro is only used for bacterial infections and will not work for virus infections such as the common cold or flu.

• Nerve damage symptoms – burning pain in your hands, feet, numbness, tingling;
• Serious mood or behavior changes;

Avoid sunlight or tanning beds, wear protective clothing and use sunscreen when you are outdoors. Tell your doctor about all the medications you take including prescriptions, OTC, and herbal medications. Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. You should not breastfeed while taking Ciprofloxacin and for 2 days after your last dose. Ask your doctor about breastfeeding if you take Cipro for anthrax exposure.
