Procytox (Cyclophosphamide) is a prescription medication used to treat many types of cancer, including cancer of the blood, small cell lung cancer, Hodgkin's disease, and cancers of the soft tissues. Cancer is a disease where abnormal cells divide uncontrollably and destroy body tissue. It can affect any part of the body, causing damage to the immune system. The active ingredient in Procytox is Cyclophosphamide. Cyclophosphamide belongs to a class of drugs called antineoplastic. It works by interfering with the genetic material DNA needed for the reproduction of cells to prevent their growth.
