Flonase is a corticosteroid that relieves nasal discomfort from allergy symptoms, and its effects last longer than Beconase AQ Nasal Spray, meaning it only needs to be administered once per day. Flonase allergy relief is often used as a first-choice treatment and is only discontinued if the improvement is not satisfactory or if frequent nosebleeds or other side effects occur from long-term use.
