Product Details
Gravol (Dimenhydrinate) is an OTC medication that is used for the prevention and treatment of motion sickness, nausea and vomiting. Dimenhydrinate belongs to the group of medications called antiemetics. Gravol may also be used to nausea and vomiting due to various conditions such as chemotherapy, radiation and surgery. It is also used to treat nausea and spinning sensations (vertigo) due to Meniere’s disease. Dimenhydrinate works to relieve or prevent nausea and vomiting by blocking histamine receptors since histamine can spasm of the gastrointestinal tract, causing nausea and vomiting.

Stop using the medication and get medical care if you have an allergic reaction. Signs of an allergic reaction may include difficulty breathing, hives (rash on your body), swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat—If you experience any of these symptoms, please call 911 or seek emergency medical care at the nearest emergency room (ER).

The common side effects may include constipation, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, excitement and lack of energy. Inform your doctor if you experience these The serious side effects:
• Blurred vision or any change in vision;

• Difficulty passing urine;
• Rapid or shallow breathing;
• Skin rash
