Usage

Estrogel (Estradiol) is a prescription gel that is clear and colorless containing the estrogen hormone called Estradiol. This medication is used to treat symptoms of menopause such as moderate to severe hot flashes, and vaginal symptoms such as burning, dryness, and irritation. Estradiol gel belongs to the class of medications known as estrogen replacement therapy. Estrogel is absorbed through the skin and enters into the bloodstream reducing the symptoms of menopause.
