Durezol (Difluprednate) is a prescription medication that is used to treat eye pain and inflammation caused by surgery. It is also used to treat anterior uveitis, inflammation that affects the front part of the eye. Difluprednate belongs to the class of medications called corticosteroids. This medication works by preventing the release of certain natural substances that cause swelling and pain.

Canadian Pharmacy King currently has the brand Durezol Opthalmic Emulsion from Canada manufactured by Alcon. There is no generic available for this medication. Durezol is available in the quantity of one 5 ml bottle.
The common side effects may include blurred vision, dry eye, eye itching and sensitivity to light.
Talk to your doctor as soon as possible if you have any of the following serious side effects such as:
• Dizziness;
• Eye pain;
• Severe headache;
• Sensation of something in the eye;
• Signs of eye infection;
• Sudden vision loss;
• Tunnel vision

You should not use Durezol if you are allergic to Difluprednate or if you have any other allergies. Do not drive, use machinery or do any activity that requires a clear vision. This medication should not be used during pregnancy unless it is clearly needed. It is unknown if Difluprednate passes into breast milk. Talk to your doctor before breast-feeding.
