If you're on Medicare Part D, you'll be happy to know that proposed changes that could have impacted your access to medicine have been scrapped. Hoping to reduce government spending, the Obama administration wanted to: 1) remove special protection from certain drugs, which could cause their coverage to be dropped, and 2) limit the number of plans available in each region, which could have raised premiums.
