Placed order over the phone & faxed Rx/voided check for payment for less expensive drug not shown . However, next day received message stating no Rx received yet. Wrote back giving fax number sent to but no reply. Sent email week later to cancel order and again no reply. Impossible to get on the phone - terrible wait times.

Takes weeks if not months to get order. Last time I ordered someone got my card info not saying it was them but I don't use the card that much and it was 1 of 4 places I used it at and I still have not received my order

I'm concerned; repeated calls to Quality Prescription Drugs to renew my prescription have gone "un-answered". Each call, since 5-February 17 has "rolled-over" to the recorded message, and NO ONE has returned my call. I will run-out of that prescription in a couple of weeks. Very disheartening.....

I had a good experience until my last order on 12/9/16...I kept calling when I had not received my Advair Diskus Generic after three weeks...I kept calling until 1/17/17...still had not received all they kept saying it was held up by Customs in Germany...They should have known I was almost out of my medicine but did nothing.

I have used Quality Prescription Drugs services for several years without problem. But after I moved and supplied Quality Discount Drugs with my new address and telephone number they continued to use the old address and telephone numbers for several months. Each time I tried to speak to a manager I was given some flimsy excuse for why that person could not help me. All the while the while the person answering the telephone was unable to assist me, nor could they explain what the problem was.
