After placing order had to wait two weeks for a call back to take payment information. This site claims they take Mastercard but they only accept checks or American Express for payment so a complete waste of time. I tried another pharmacy after not hearing back from these people and they called me back within 30 minutes and completed the transaction.

Placed my order Monday. Tried calling several times on Tuesday & Wednesday. No response to my emails. So, on Thursday, as soon as they opened, I called and cancelled my order. I need a reliable source for my meds.

This was my first time ordering through Prescription Point. I was very leery about ordering from a Canadian pharmacy, and even more so after hearing that the order would actually be filled by an overseas pharmacy. The prescription I wanted is only available as a brand drug in the U.S. and is very expensive, but the generic is available in Canada, so I decided to give it a try. The process went fairly smoothly. The website said they accepted credit cards, but I was told they currently only accept money orders or e-checks. I opted for e-check to get things moving along faster. Then, they required that I fax my signature on a blank piece of paper, which made me very nervous, but after talking to Bank of America, I felt comfortable doing so. The whole process took 3 weeks from date of order to date delivered. I recommend Prescription Point and will use them again.

This is the WORST company I have ever done business with. I can't reach them. The phone goes into an endless loop, thanking me for contacting them, putting me on hold, ringing, and then back to thanking me for calling as if I just called. I have tried many times. I have sent several emails. I have tried contacting them through the website even a couple of times and the only response I got was after the second email when I got a call the next morning saying they were ready to verify my prescription and to call them back. They had my prescription sent by me. I had followed up with an email to make sure they had it. That was two weeks ago. I still haven't heard from them even though I was adamant in my last messages that they contact me immediately or I'd have to do business elsewhere. I'm now going to run out of medication that costs me $900 per month in the US because of waiting on them. It's been three weeks so far. My life depends on this medication. I have no idea what I'm going to do while I'm waiting to get it from the next company to send it. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!
