I have used bmd for several years and have had no problems with any orders. I always order by phone and the drugs arrive in the 4-6 week time period. They have never lost a prescription.

I've been using them for years and have never had any problem. The correct medication arrives promptly every time and it's in a sealed bottle from the manufacturer. Their staff is courteous and professional. The price is reasonable. They call to remind me when it's time to refill or I need a new prescription. I've been quite happy with them.

I am on my 2nd prescription for generic viagra (Sildenafil Citrate) and am extremely pleased. The prescription comes from Cipla in India. Althought the order took several weeks to get here it arrived within one day of promised date. Also, the prescription works better than the brand name at much less cost. Brand name tablets cost $350 for ten 100mg tablets and have gone up over $100 in the last year. The generics are much less, which enables me to have a less stressfull encounter with my wiife. I have never had any problems with customer service and I have added another prescription to the drugs I get from Big Mountain. They verify the prescription and once called me when the date wasn't readable so I could get a new prescription to them. I hardily reccomend Big Mountain.

Been a customer in the past -- generally good products and service . However , something has changed in Big Mountain Country relative to customer service . Like No service ! My last order was about one year ago,,so, don't know when new management took over , or, no performance reviews for customer service folks ,,,or, feedback loops ?? My gripe : simple email messages to set up an order . One call,,, no message ,,, three short / simple emails = No response !! Buyer beware . I've informed our buyers consortium & and we've scratched them from our approved list . Sorry for the Rant ! Thought all should know that past performance ( ie: this blog which uses reviews & experiences to advise their ' readers ) does Not dictate present service .

Lost my prescription. Asked to fax again. Not so sure they have a clue what they are doing.
