Answered by Gabriel Levitt, MA | Posted Diciembre 17, 2017

Yes. No exceptions.

The PharmacyChecker Verification Program is only open to pharmacies that dispense prescription medication pursuant to a valid prescription.

Verified Online Pharmacies Require a Prescription

If you're ordering Doxepin, a prescription medication in the U.S. that is approved for use under the supervision of a healthcare provider, from a PharmacyChecker-verified pharmacy, you will be required to provide the pharmacy with a prescription that you obtained from your doctor or other licensed prescriber.

Verified Online Pharmacies Do Not Sell Controlled Substances

Alprazolam is considered a schedule IV controlled substance by the U.S. DEA because it can be abused or lead to dependence. International online pharmacies approved in the PharmacyChecker Verification Program do not sell or ship controlled substances to consumers in the U.S. Our program is not open to pharmacies outside the U.S. that dispense/ship controlled medications to consumers in the U.S.

Online Pharmacies That Do Not Require a Prescription

Unfortunately, many online pharmacies do not require a valid prescription or any prescription at all, do not process orders through licensed pharmacies, illegally and unethically sell controlled substances (addictive drugs), intentionally sell counterfeit or adulterated medication, do not safeguard patients' financial and health information, and/or steal people's identities.

These online pharmacies are known as rogue online pharmacies and are not verified by PharmacyChecker.com or other organizations. Although online pharmacies can provide an important tool to consumers looking for affordable medications, we strongly recommend that you stick to online pharmacies verified and continually monitored by a certification group.

A peer-reviewed study showed that online pharmacies that are not verified by PharmacyChecker.com, or other credentialing groups, are more likely to sell counterfeit medications, including fakes with dangerous ingredients.
